Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project contracts. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with progress payments due at specified milestones, and final payment upon project completion and customer approval.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
We provide a lifetime craftsmanship warranty on all completed projects. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or acts of nature.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific project. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all work performed.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York State in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
